A look back at a few photos that capture my summer of 2026. Labor Day weekend may be considered the unofficial end of summer, but I’m not ready to give it up just yet. There are still a few more weeks left, and I plan to enjoy them to the fullest, with plenty of beach days, boat days, ice cream nights, and everything else that makes summer so special. The end of summer always feels a little bittersweet when you live in a coastal town. Some of my favorite small businesses are closing up for the season, and next summer feels so far away. But Labor Day also means locals’ summer is here, and we get to enjoy the best weather of the summer season with way less crowds and traffic. It’s such a great time of year, even if it’s hard to see the season coming to an end. The gluten free snacks and pantry staples I always keep on hand and reorder again and again. Table of Contents: Being able to order gluten free foods from Amazon means it’s easy to make sure I always have the items I love, even if I don’t have time to go to the store. Here I’m sharing some of my favorite gluten free bread, rolls, bagels, pasta, mac and cheese, sweet snacks, savory snacks, and granola bars that can be ordered from Amazon. Always read product labels carefully to choose the best options for your dietary needs, whether you have celiac disease, non-celiac gluten sensitivity (NCGS), gluten intolerance, or follow a gluten-free diet. I have non-celiac gluten intolerance and have not had an issue with these products, but everyone’s needs are different. If you’re unsure which gluten free foods, ingredients, or levels of cross-contamination are safe for you, talk with your doctor. Gluten Free Breads and Bagels Gluten free bread products are something I always make sure I have a supply of. I keep them in the freezer so they last longer. Bagels These bagels are my favorite, and trust me, I’ve tried a lot of gluten free bagels. They come in plain bagel and everything bagel flavor. This is another bagel brand that I love. These are the only two brands I’ll eat because I think they’re that much better. Rolls These rolls are my favorite sandwich rolls. They’re the closest thing I’ve found to regular sandwich rolls. I also use these hot dog rolls for sandwiches if the sandwich rolls are unavailable. They’re very similar. Bread This multigrain bread is my favorite gluten free bread, and I’ve tried many different brands over the years. I also like this flavor and this flavor from the same brand. Gluten Free Crackers I like to rotate which of these gluten free crackers I have in the house so I don’t get bored. They all have something a little different about them. Crackers: Favorite for snacking These gluten free crackers are my favorite for snacking on by themselves. I can easily eat an entire box in one sitting if I don’t stop myself! They come in numerous flavors, but the sea salt is my favorite. Crackers: Favorite to eat with cheese/meat These are my go-to crackers when I’m having cheese and crackers or a charcuterie board. Even people who don’t need to eat gluten free end up eating, and loving, these crackers when I have them. They have flavored options too, which are good for snacking by themselves. Crackers: Another great option These gluten free crackers are another great option for snacking by themselves or eating with cheese or dips. They come in numerous flavors, including sweet and savory. Gluten Free Pasta These are my favorite kinds of gluten free pasta that you can order on Amazon. Classic Pasta This is my favorite classic pasta. It tastes like regular pasta, and comes in numerous shapes, like penne and rotini. Chickpea Pasta I also love this gluten free chickpea pasta for something a little different. Mac and Cheese This gluten free mac and cheese is my favorite. I also like the gluten free version of this childhood classic mac and cheese. And this gluten free mac and cheese is the next on my list to try – it has great reviews. Gluten Free Snacks – Sweet I have a big sweet tooth, so I always have at least one of these gluten free snacks in the house. Mini Rice Cakes These rice cakes have become one of my favorite gluten free snacks. There are so many different flavors, and I enjoy all of them. If I had to pick a favorite flavor, it would be this one. Sandwich Cookies I love both the vanilla flavor and chocolate flavor of these gluten free cookies. Chocolate Covered Pretzels These gluten free chocolate covered pretzels are the perfect mix of sweet and salty. They also have yogurt covered pretzels. Mini Cookies These mini cookies are almost like a cross between a cookie and a cracker, and are hard to stop eating. Edamame This gluten free snack is high in plant-based protein and is low carb. Beef Jerky This gluten free beef jerky is a satisfying snack that’s easy to keep in your bag when you’re on the go. Pretzels You can’t go wrong with these gluten free pretzels as a savory, salty snack, either by themselves or with a favorite dip. Gluten Free Granola Bars I always keep a granola bar in my bag, especially when traveling. You never know if you’ll get hungry unexpectedly or get delayed, and it can be hard to find gluten free snacks in some locations. Nut-based granola bars These are my favorite gluten free granola bars when I’m hungry because they feel satisfying and I like that they contain so many whole nuts. Sweet granola bars Another of my favorite gluten free granola bars. I love the lemon flavor, but they come in many other flavors as well. Chewy granola bars These are chewy granola bars with minimal ingredients that are easy to recognize. A blue and white coastal kitchen nook update and what I’m planning to add in the future. One of the things I love about an eat-in kitchen is having a comfortable place for breakfast, coffee, and small projects without needing to use the formal dining room. This little kitchen eating area is still in its early stages. It’s a simple setup right now, with a table, chairs, and a vase of flowers that I can change out seasonally. It gets beautiful morning light, and it’s where I like to sit for breakfast and sometimes work from home during the day. I’ve been thinking through how I want to build on this space over time so it feels more finished and connected to the rest of the house. For now, I’m living with it as it is while slowly shaping the direction it will take and looking for the perfect pieces to add. A non-slip rug pad that keeps every rug in place, adds the right amount of cushion, and protects your floors. I’ve tried a lot of rug pads over the years, including a mesh-style one that fused itself to my floor in the summer heat (not fun when you’re moving out of an apartment and trying to get your security deposit back). About five years ago, I found a rug pad that checks all of the boxes. It keeps rugs from sliding, adds a comfortable layer of cushion, and makes my rugs feel secure. It’s the one I now use under every rug in my home, and the one I recommend to family and friends. Rug pads are essential. As a hallway rug pad The hallway is a high-traffic area, so it’s important to have a rug pad that doesn’t move around. As a bedroom rug pad (and guest room rug pad) We have a large rug in our primary bedroom, a 9’x12′, and needed a rug pad that’s stable for a large rug and would add cushion under our feet. This rug pad accomplishes both of those things. This is also the rug pad we use under an 8’x11′ rug in our guest bedroom. As an entrance foyer rug pad I also use it in my entryway, where it keeps the rug from sliding around and helps it stay looking neat despite getting a lot of daily use. Everything you need to know about one of the most asked-about pieces in my home. If you love the look of high-end coastal furniture but not the price, this blue swivel chair is one of my favorite finds. It has the classic, elevated look you see in designer interiors, but at a much more approachable price. I’ve had these blue accent chairs in my living room for a while, and it’s one of the most asked-about pieces in my home. The color is the perfect coastal blue, and it’s both comfortable and structured enough to work in small or large areas of the home, whether it’s living room seating, a bedroom corner, or a nook in your entrance foyer. I chose the light blue and the color is even more beautiful in person. It also comes in a beautiful ivory color if you love this style but prefer something neutral. The fabric has a rich texture, the chair feels sturdy and well made, and it truly looks far more expensive than it is. It arrived fully assembled and was packaged carefully, which made the entire experience super easy. One of the main reasons I chose this chair is that it swivels. I love being able to turn toward whoever I’m talking to or pivot toward the television (or fireplace if you have one) without moving the chair itself. It makes the living room feel more conversational.
