I spotted a sweet and salty snack mix at the store recently and instantly wanted it, until I checked the label and realized it wasn’t gluten free. So I decided to make my own version at home using gluten free ingredients. It’s everything I wanted from the store-bought version, just made safe for gluten free eating and with even more peanut butter flavor.
Since it’s Halloween week, I’m planning to settle in for a few nights of cozy and spooky movie watching. You can’t go wrong with old favorites like Hocus Pocus, Halloween, or the Halloween episodes of your favorite TV shows. This snack mix will be the perfect companion to those nights on the couch, with just the right combination of sweet, salty, and crunchy.
